Description Kitchener Executive Consultants has partnered with our client in their search for a strong Finance Manager to join the organization. Our client is a privately held investment company who has focused on growing their portfolio within the Agri-food sector. With a specialization in Dairy Production, our client is an entrepreneurially driven business who is passionate about supporting its expanding businesses in the Corporate Services group. As the Finance Manager, you'll be at the forefront of the organizations growth by providing analysis for any/all acquisitions, investment opportunities, and capital investments. You will oversee cash management including the monitoring of any foreign exchange risk.

Our ideal candidate will be able to leverage their experience gained within a Corporate environment with exposure to Treasury and Financial Planning & Analysis. You'll bring experience managing foreign exchange risk, cash flow, and financing options. As a strong communicator with a natural ability to influence others, and an affinity towards entrepreneurial directed leadership, you will see this as an opportunity to join a progressive team in a growing business. You will have an accounting designation and, ideally, an MBA as a condition of hire.
