Description This Designer and Manufacturer of complex engineered mechanical assemblies is adding the talents of a Manufacturing Manager to the organization. With overall responsibility for Manufacturing, Production Planning, and Final Assembly, the Manufacturing Manager will also support New Product Development from the Manufacturing view point while contributing to the strategic direction of the organization. In this Program and Project driven environment, the Manufacturing Manager will be leaned on heavily to lead process improvement initiatives and to display a leadership style that fosters collaboration and energy to all work together for the common good. Our ideal candidate can demonstrate a leadership style that coaches and develops their teams. A Technical education is required alongside experience leading Operations within and Engineered Systems manufacturing environment. Understanding of Project driven manufacturing and the ability to obtain Federal Security Clearance is required.
