Description This successful Canadian company requires the talents of a high-energy Production Manager to lead a team of Production Supervisors and highly-skilled union-free Production Employees. The production model is one-off manufacturing and assembly of custom designed products. The production methods are labour intensive with distinct departments feeding final assembly and shipping. Our ideal candidate brings solid experiences leading similar, customized production of uniquely designed products and an appreciation of the need to a visible presence on the shop floor motivating, encouraging and supporting material flow to meet schedule demands. Because of the labour intensity, a genuine appreciation for the human touch and the integrity, honesty and value of outstanding communication skills will set our ideal candidate apart from other applicants.
