Description Kitchener Executive Consultants has partnered with our client to support their efforts in adding the talents of a Payroll & Accounts Payable Administrator. The position will handle all aspects of time & attendance controls, reporting, Payroll Processing, and Benefits Administration. In addition, this position will also perform Accounts Payable, General Accounting, and Treasury activities as well as routinely report on status and provide routine/ad hoc reports.

Our ideal candidate will possess the following;

- Direct experience with third party payroll providers, benefit providers and employee insurance.
- Strong knowledge of Canadian and Ontario employment laws and standards (for example understand the various differences between the entitlements of salaried and hourly employees) and Canada Revenue Agency personal income tax regulations.
- Understanding of Canadian payroll tax compliance and reporting requirements such as ROEs, T4s, and EHT/WSIB.
