Description We're searching for a solidly experienced Human Resources Generalist to play a key role providing support for a wide range of HR tasks and projects. This small manufacturer of packaged consumer products has been acquired by a larger corporation that will expect an adjustment from methods of private ownership to corporate policies and structures. This role will touch the full scope of full cycle recruitment, orientations and onboarding, Health & Safety, WSIB claims management, discipline, benefit administration, attendance and other administrative responsibilities as BIG FROG in SMALL POND. We're searching for a solidly experienced HR Generalist who requires little orientation to become effective quickly. This job is located in Etobicoke, Kipling Ave. area.
