Description Solidly established as a high-speed, high-volume producer of packaged consumer goods, this local company requires the talents of a Production Supervisor for the night shift. The operation is very capital intensive requiring minimal union-free Operators yet the production throughput is high and critically important to keeping shelves stocked at major North American retailers. Our ideal candidate brings solid Production Supervisor experiences in similar environments, decisiveness and mental agility to pivot quickly, superb communications skills and a high degree of job ownership. Any hands-on mechanical abilities will be valuable on the night shift as will exposure to automated equipment. In return our client can offer employment stability based on a solid tradition of success.
