Description This OEM designer and manufacturer of complex mechanical assemblies is adding the strengths of an accomplished Quality Control Supervisor. As the Supervisor of the small team of inspectors, you will be responsible for the 100% inspection of all received, manufactured, and assembled components. As a hands on Supervisor, you'll be comfortable leading by example in the operation of various testing equipment. While directing all component, assemblies, and final product quality control testing, including FAI, RMA, and Production First-offs, you'll continually be evaluating current processes and procedures to ensure the inspection throughput remains optimal.

Our ideal candidate is an accomplished Quality Control Supervisor within a metals processing, precision machining, and/or mechanical assembly environments. You will also have Quality Control experience within tightly regulated industries such as Aerospace, Defense, or Medical Device manufacturing organizations, as an example.
