Description Kitchener Executive Consultants has partnered with this Global Designer and Manufacturer of Automotive and Industrial products in their search to add the talents of a strong and proven Production Supervisor. This is a very large and capital intensive unionized manufacturing facility that requires front line leadership to be communicative and decisive. As a Department Supervisor, you'll be fully responsible for the direction and leadership of the small group of long tenured, unionized employees who run highly sophisticated and automated production lines, producing one of the companies marquee products.

Our ideal candidate is a progressive supervisor who leads through concise direction, open communication, and consistent accountability. You'll have developed your leadership strengths and style within unionized manufacturing environments, ideally process driven production facilities.
