Description We've partnered with a Canadian technology company enjoying great success that has entrepreneurially developed its international footprint by expanding into the USA and Europe. The mandate is to recruit and hire a Human Resources Director who can bring strategic business vision tied into Human Resources initiatives in support of even more global expansion. To date, dynamic growth has been mostly organic while future growth will likely be a combination of acquisitions and greenfield start-ups. Inevitably, the challenge is to develop uniform Human Resources programs and initiatives that will effectively brand all operations with a core culture while acknowledging individual country-specific needs. Navigating amongst the Senior Executive team and divisional Management, the HR Director will refine HR strategies, programs, and policies that capture & harness the entrepreneurial spirit of the company while not compromising it with stifling bureaucracy. Driven by Engineering technologies, the company will want to remain agile even as it grows. Our ideal candidate is already operating in a global structure and can bring the value of experiences to guide the CEO through growth opportunities. Any experiences supporting due diligence of acquisitions, mergers, and/or joint ventures will highlight candidacy.
