Description Due to dramatic growth, this producer of branded and private label consumer products will add a Buyer to its team to focus on managing vendors of CPG packaging and ingredients for multiple sites in Canada and the USA. The role will be challenged by fluctuating demand from customers based on seasonality of some products and special programs of others requiring rapid management of packaging vendors. Our ideal candidate brings strong analytical skills used to recognize trends & patterns in order to react quickly, outstanding communications skills and a strong work ethic. Opportunities exist to consolidate multiple site requirements and purchasing volumes with best-choice vendors. Prior experiences with ISO 9000 vendor management modules will highlight candidacy.
