Description We're searching for an experienced Inside Sales/Customer Service Supervisor who brings solid experiences in the CPG industry, delivering branded and private label products to retailers across North America. The Supervisor will lead an experienced CS team and personally handle some key accounts. More importantly, the Supervisor will communicate & collaborate effectively with Purchasing, Scheduling, Production, and Logistics to facilitate special programs, special buys, and any fluctuations in Customer demands to maintain OTIF scores. This will be a high-activity role requiring the ability to juggle demands while focusing on communicating critical information to other members of the management team in a collaborative manner.
