Description KEC has partnered with the North American branch of a global Automotive Tier-1 supplier, located in rural southwestern Ontario, to add the talents of a LAN Administrator / Network Analyst. This is a multi-faceted role, providing first- and second-level user support for multiple facilities within the network, troubleshooting and resolving issues from data centers, to telecom, to desktop. This opportunity is well positioned for a highly motivated person to learn the nuances of common and proprietary systems from established team members.

The ideal candidate is a strong self-manager, able to balance numerous concurrent projects, prioritizing and responding to a variety of needs. The LAN Administrator will be primarily focused within the Head Office/Plant site, but will also be required to travel infrequently to additional locations in Ontario, and possibly the United States. Some flexibility of scheduling to contribute to off-hour upgrades and maintenance will be valued. Any experience with disaster recovery and security processes is considered an asset.
