Description Firmly established in its small town community in SW Ontario, our client will add Quality Engineering resources in support of new program launches. This role will have wide ranging responsibilities liaising in support of full PPAP activities leading to successful SOP. The Quality Engineer will be Customer Facing, responsible for a family of products sold to multiple Automobile OEMs and then responsible as the 'Voice of the Customer' communicating customers' requirements effectively to Production and Process Engineering departments. The Quality Manager will empower the Quality Engineer to make recommendations and decisions based on data analysis so our ideal candidate is one who applies initiative, who thrives under minimal supervision and uses excellent communications skills to inform and explain.
