Description We've partnered with one of Canada's Best Managed Companies, a rapidly growing technology-based company operating in Canada and Europe. Our mandate is to support the recruit and hire of an accomplished Manufacturing/Production Manager with solid, measurable knowledge of Class One medical device assembly who can impact the start-up of a brand new production facility. Reporting to the General Manager and liaising with Sales and Product Development teams, the Production Manager will ensure proper staffing and training of Production Operators, Set-Up Technicians, Engineering and Purchasing personnel and the development of effective reporting kpi's. Our ideal candidate brings a decade of Management Leadership experiences and accomplishments in the medical device industry to support this new business division. A Leadership style of open communication encouraging employee development, decisiveness driven from problem solving analysis and flexibility to adapt to changing priorities will highlight candidacy.
