Description Kitchener Executive Consultants has partnered with a small and successful provider of Commercial, Industrial, and Agricultural HVAC system installs, repair, and service in their search to find a General Manager to lead the strategic growth of the business. As a business built upon quality and reliability, the new General Manager will be tasked with the further development of structure and procedures designed to successfully support the controlled pending growth of the company. As an ideal candidate, you'll be deeply experienced with leading Operations, Project Management, Estimating, and Business Development within the Commercial and Industrial HVAC/R Install and Service Industry. You'll be able to leverage your Industry experience to establish the required credibility with both the Customer base as well as with the skilled trades.
