Description KEC has partnered with our client, who manufactures fabric and steel frame buildings for supply to construction, agricultural, and municipal customers, to source an Eastern Ontario/Quebec Sales Manager. The Eastern Canada Sales Manager will lead the development of new opportunities and dealers, particularly in the province of Quebec, working closely with those dealers to help develop their businesses. Important aspects of this position will be leading the dealers with new technologies and virtual connections to usher increasing sales. An independent self starter, this role operates from the employee’s home office and customer locations. Bilingual in French and English is absolutely necessary, where experience in direct sales and a high level of sales and people leadership is required. The ability to demonstrate strategic growth planning will be essential, a keen understanding of the value of KPI's, with proven negotiation and problem solving skills highly regarded. The ideal candidate will be able to problem solve in consultation, provide support to engineering and craftsmanship questions, expand dealer and direct sales networks in key locations, while following up to ensure efficient installation, and complete customer satisfaction.
