Description Established in the Niagara Peninsula for almost 100 years, this Tier One auto parts designer/manufacturer requires the talents of an experienced Production & Inventory Control Supervisor. Leading Production Planning, Inventory Control, Material Handling, and Shipping & Receiving, the Supervisor will liaise effectively with the Purchasing Leader and the Plant Manager's team to ensure that production plans satisfy customer release requirements, that materials & components are at point of use on time and designated/consumed Inventory is requisitioned for replenishment. With high volume Light Truck & SUV programs already in place and new programs just awarded, the requirements for the P&IC Supervisor to master the complexities of fluctuating capacity, capability and customer demands has never been higher. To say that this role is in the spotlight would be an understatement. Our ideal candidate, therefore, must be fully experienced in the stresses of the auto parts industry, decisive and a peak performer under pressure. Exceptional background achieving maximum utilization of ERP software will enhance candidacy.
