Our ideal candidate is a dedicated professional who has cultivated a strong Human Resources background through proven success in Automotive Manufacturing environments. As this position will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the HR Department across two facilities, our preferred candidate will also have solid Leadership experience.

The incumbent will be responsible to evaluate HR staff progress and performance levels, oversee the effective execution of policies & procedures including employee relations, employee development, updating handbooks, and expanding the utilization of the HRIS. The candidate will manage WSIB along with STD/LTD claims, benefits administration & contracts, and manage compliance with OHSA & ESA regulations. They will promote & ensure effective communication, flexibility, and collaboration across all departments. Our candidate will partner with Supervisors and oversee plant-level recruitment, discipline, employee relations, and performance management.
