It has a current need for a Plant Manager who brings solid auto parts manufacturing experiences to lead a 3-shift operation with light metal stamping and welding technologies under roof. Leading plant-level Production, Quality Control, Tool Room, Maintenance, and Scheduling, the Plant Manager must also build effective relationships with centralized Engineering, Purchasing, Quality Assurance, Program Management, Finance, and Human Resources to service his/her plant's needs. Our ideal candidate operates actively on the shop floor learning process nuances, developing one-on-one relationships to earn respect. Fully in tune with the pace and demands of auto parts manufacturing, the Plant Manager must be analytically decisive while managing human and capital assets.
