Description KEC has partnered with an OEM designer and manufacturer of highly engineered mechanical assemblies in the search for a Production Control Supervisor. In this "build to order" and batch production environment, the Production Control Supervisor leads and directs the complex scheduling of Materials and Production while acting as the company's interface between the Sales Forecast and and the Production Plan. This position will manage a small team and be fully responsible for developing the Production Schedule, Expediting, and Strategic Labour utilization.

Our ideal candidate has developed a career within "job shop" or "build to print/order" manufacturing environments where short production runs of complex products result in a constantly evolving Production Schedule to meeting High Profile Customer needs. Candidates must have experience within highly regulated manufacturing industries such as Defense, Aerospace, Medical Products, or Nuclear/Energy. The abilities to "see the bigger picture", think outside the box and lead by example are all highly required to be successful in this role, along with a deep understanding of modern ERP systems. All candidates must be required to pass certain background and security clearances to join the organization.
