Description This well-established designer/manufacturer of automobile and truck safety critical components has been awarded significant new programs that all need to launch within 24 months. To support these exciting new business volumes, it will add the talents of an accomplished Program Manager to its team in the Niagara Peninsula. As a key member of the North American HQ Team, this Sr. Program Manager will have significant visibility to all stakeholders and directly to Customers. Candidates must be fully capable of assembling & leading cross-functional teams through a disciplined approach to program management, supporting team members navigating bottlenecks and, especially, anticipating & solving problems with insightful decisiveness. Candidates must bring current auto parts industry-specific experiences and knowledge to this very important hiring project to be considered.
