Description This Automotive Parts Manufacturer with multiple locations in Southern Ontario as well as the US is seeking to add the expertise of a Quality Manager to their KW facility. The organization has undergone significant transformation and growth expansion, giving new life to their trajectory of success. This opportunity presents exciting new challenges in the scope of new paradigms, new launches, and expanded capacities. While leading a team of Quality Engineers & Technicians, the incumbent will be fully responsible for Supplier Quality and maintaining the IATF 16949 system while being a face to the Customer.

Our ideal candidate will have exceptional Leadership abilities cultivated through strong experience within large Automotive Manufacturing environments. Our candidate will have demonstrated flexibility & adaptability to partner with cross-departmental teams, coordinate with and support Production and Program Management. The incumbent will have a proven record of success in Quality Systems & overall Quality Management, conducting & facilitating Quality Audits, implementing Continuous Improvement initiatives, setting goals & KPIs, and leading teams to continually meeting those expectations.
