Description This established and growing manufacturer of custom engineered and fabricated products has partnered with Kitchener Executive Consultants in their efforts to add the talents of a strong and dynamic Manufacturing Manager to their organization. With daily responsibility for the multiple Manufacturing/Production Departments along with the Quality, Scheduling, Continuous Improvement, and Maintenance functions, the ideal candidate will be tasked with supporting Executive Leadership initiatives and continually driving efficiencies forward within the factory. While leading this group of highly tenured staff, complimented by newly higher personnel, you'll drive the consistent message of empowerment and improvement at all cross roads.

Our ideal candidate has spent time leading operations within custom fabrication environments where they've demonstrated the ability to lead the custom fabrication of engineered products and leveraged the success incorporating scalable production runs to improve operational efficiencies and workplace organization. You'll have supported or even driven the development of Quality Management processes and have led both formal and informal Continuous Improvement projects and initiatives. As a consummate communicator, coaching, developing and growing teams will be a natural component of your leadership style. The ability to read and decipher engineering drawings is mandatory for the successful candidate.
