Description This highly successful Canadian designer/manufacturer of integrated technologies will add the talents of an accomplished Health & Safety Professional to its team. The initial priority of the role will be to develop and deploy a comprehensive Health & Safety program that will support the company's commitment to keep its employees safe and target a goal of zero workplace recordable incidents. We're searching for the HS&E Professional who can elevate the current policies into a more dynamic program with a higher profile in line with all strategic objectives of the business. Drawing on corporate initiatives that have been immensely successful in other divisions, the HS&E Manager will modify the program to suit current local needs while ensuring it's scalable to accommodate imminent growth. Our ideal candidate brings 5 to 7 years' Health & Safety experiences and knowledge developed in manufacturing industries coupled with energy, enthusiasm and outstanding communications skills. This is an independent contributor role carrying significant influence on a workforce of less than 200.
