Description If you are a Quality Assurance Professional who can be inspired to apply your experiences to a "white board" challenge of building a broad QMS from only the most basic components, then our client needs you! Over 40 years young, this successful Canadian designer/manufacturer has developed market leading modules for the industrial, educational and commercial construction markets. It has always prided itself on earning customer satisfaction by solving and correcting any product integrity issue prior to delivery or with infield service. As it ambitiously develops new products for new market verticals, it recognizes the need to meet more rigorous Quality certification through the likes of Intertek and, so, will hire a Quality Leader who can develop and deploy a more comprehensive Quality Management System.

We're searching for a hands-on Quality Professional who can influence a range of skilled trades on the value of Standardized Work that delivers repeatability, consistency and "Right First Time" Quality. Our ideal Candidate is "at home" on construction sites and has developed processes and systems that record and analyse Quality at appropriate stages throughout a build process rather than relying on Final Inspection, who will introduce tracability, metrics of performance & KPI's and Cost of Quality as management tools. Candidates must have outstanding communications & administrative skills and be consummate team players able to establish cooperative relationships with Engineering, Production, Project Management & Purchasing to build and deploy effective Quality processes, tools and techniques.
