Description Kitchener Executive Consultants has partnered with an established specialty chemical manufacturer producing sanitation products sold into the Agricultural and Veterinary point of care industry. This successful business has retained KEC to lead their search for an accomplished Plant Manager to support the strategic growth of the organization. As the Plant Manager, you'll be fully responsible for the Procurement, Scheduling, Production, Health & Safety, Inventory (raw material and finished goods), and Distribution (TDG) of the products produced in the facility. While reporting directly to the General Manager, you'll be working alongside the Quality and Regulatory groups on New Product Development projects. You will continue to drive the exceptional Health & Safety awareness forward while advancing internal policies, procedures, and SOP's, particularly as new products for new applications are identified.

As a successful candidate, you'll display experience leading Operations within Chemical, Food or Pharmaceutical processing environments where your superb track record of progressive leadership in a "hands-on" capacity and "how can I help" approach has led team growth and development. You'll have led Production in accordance to the GMP guidelines and various other regulatory bodies, such as Health Canada and have experience sourcing and managing a supplier base of chemical raw materials, including regulated ingredients.
