Description We've partnered with this established, busy, and growing division of an international corporation in their efforts to add the talents of a strong Plant Controller to their organization. The Plant Controller will assume over-all responsibilities for budgeting, plant/cost accounting, payroll, and financial reporting. Managing a small Accounting Department at this fast-paced, high-volume, rapidly growing manufacturing organization, the Plant Controller serves as a key member of the Plant Management Team reporting to the General Manager. Candidates will need to demonstrate strengths in the development & analysis of departmental budgets, direct and indirect labour, material and overhead costs to accurately measure performance to plan. Our ideal candidate will show a successful background in leading teams within structured manufacturing environments, outstanding communication & relationship-building skills, complimented by professional accreditation.
