Description This global Automotive Parts manufacturer with five plants in Ontario seeks to add the expertise of a Maintenance Manager to lead & oversee the Maintenance Department of a long-standing, continually successful facility that is undergoing significant transformation and growth expansion. The organization is experiencing such continued growth and expansion that they are operating at 6 days per week, and on some Production lines, at 7 days per week. This opportunity presents exciting challenges in the scope of new paradigms, implementation of new automation and machine technologies, and an evolving culture.

Our ideal candidate will have exceptional leadership abilities cultivated through strong experience within large Manufacturing environments. The incumbent will have a proven record of success in Maintenance and Facilities Management, developing & implementing Preventative Maintenance programs, conducting risk assessments and root cause analysis, as well as managing & coordinating PM scheduling. Our candidate is experienced in providing technical expertise and optimizing equipment & machinery to meet KOIs, and ensuring plant & facilities are fit for proactive support.
