Description Recognized around the world for product innovations, this designer/manufacturer of heavy mobile equipment requires the talents of an accomplished Product Engineering Manager. Open due to a promotion/transfer, this role is empowered to take leadership of a team of multi-skilled Designers representing one product family comprised of multiple product lines. Functional technologies cover the range of frame & structural, mechanical, suspension, drivetrain, hydraulic, electrical & electronic Engineering. The Manager will work effectively with global Sales & Marketing and directly with Customers to research & develop marketable product enhancements. We're searching for candidates with career accomplishments developing concepts & designing mobile equipment and accessories for construction, military or forestry type industry applications. Outstanding leadership, communication, motivation and mentoring talents are prerequisite selection criteria.
