Description Kitchener Executive Consultants Inc. has partnered with a global leader in tube manufacturing serving the worlds energy sector, who has been experiencing significant growth, in their search to add the talents of a Industrial Mechanical and Hydraulics Maintenance Supervisor to their 24/7 Mill operation.

The Industrial Mechanical and Hydraulics Maintenance Supervisor will be responsible for leading teams of Millwrights and Electricians in optimizing the reliability and maintainability of equipment by defining the maintenance strategy for each system, developing and supervising the execution of the Preventive maintenance plan, ensuring systematic failure, problem, and performance analysis on equipment, defining corrective actions and generating improvement opportunities, and providing technical support to emergency crews and staff areas.

The ideal candidate will have a Mechanical or Mechatronics background and 4+ years of experience leading Trades personnel in a 24/7 Unionized, heavy industrial environment. Experience with plant hydraulic systems and capital projects as well as the ability to pivot on the fly to resolve urgent issues will be essential. We are looking for strong technical and leadership experiences and someone who is enthusiastic about coaching and developing their team with a focus on supporting production.
