Description Kitchener Executive Consultants Inc. has partnered with a long standing Designer and Manufacturer of Engineered Products, that are sold in to a variety of industries, in their search to add the talents of a Supply Chain / Production Control Leader to their small business. As the organization's de facto Supply Chain Department, you will support the business by owning all Production Scheduling, Inventory Control, Capacity Planning, and Purchasing. While leading the company's Supply Chain functions, you will support and help guide the further development and deployment of the modern ERP system while also supporting Senior Leadership with strategic insight towards the business' operation.

Our ideal candidate is an accomplished Materials / Supply Chain professional who has grown their career within deep BOM and Engineered product manufacturing environments, who is equally comfortable in the conference room and the plant floor. The cliché of being a self starter has never been more true than here in this role. As a key player within a small, but substantial business, you will have the opportunity to support and drive day to day operations, while acting as a key contributor on major projects geared towards setting the business up for effective and sustainable growth.
