Description Our client is Canadian-owned, profitable, and a growing industry leader, searching for a Maintenance Millwright to join the maintenance team on a rotating shift. This highly specialized and automated production process requires a machinery savvy Leader whose Millwright Ticket allows them to offer immediate assistance on troubleshooting equipment, engaging with this highly technical ticketed staff, and communicating with operators for the resolution of equipment issues. We are searching for candidates with exceptional communication and hands-on abilities, as well as individuals with strong prior experiences within a process-driven manufacturing environment who are comfortable working on shifts and following proper technical procedures. In addition, the ability to plan with plant level maintenance teams suggesting recommendations for specific parts ordering, job preparation, and execution, is important to this role.
