Maintenance Leader - Instrumentation

Description Our client is in the heavy manufacturing industry and has partnered with us in their search to add the talents of a Maintenance Leader for Instrumentation & Combustion in the Plant. The Maintenance Leader will be responsible for a Maintenance team that focuses on the furnaces, burners, flame detectors, air/gas controls, servoactuators, and controls within the Plant.

Our Client's ideal candidate will have an Electrical or Electronics background (Trade, Engineer or Technologist) and 5+ years of experience leading a small team in a 24/7 unionized, heavy industrial environment. Candidates must have experience with Control and Instrumentation Maintenance and basic PLC knowledge. In addition, the ability to pivot on the fly to resolve urgent issues will be essential. We are searching for strong technical capabilities and leadership experiences as well as someone who is enthusiastic about coaching and developing their team with a focus on supporting production.
