Description Firmly established on a base of 50 years in business, this custom fabricator is recognized in SW Ontario as a quality producer of building structures, machinery frames, sheet metal fabrications, and custom one-off fabrications. It now requires the talents of a Weld Quality Lead with solid experiences providing designs to customers to join the organization.

With prior fabrication and structural experiences, the Weld Lead will be motivated to collaborate with contributing technical professionals in this custom building environment. Reporting directly to the President, this opportunity will be responsible for ensuring weld/paint/fabrication quality standards are maintained and delivered in each of the products as well as in the evolution of those same standards. The Weld Quality Lead will play a critical role in the business, collaborating with the President and members of the organization for effective quality management, while training and mentoring employees in solid weld and fabrication practices.

Our ideal candidate will bring knowledge of structural steel and material grades & alloys, as well as possess solid skills in reading & interpreting technical drawings & documents and be able to utilize those experiences in developing and maintaining quality for discerning customers.
