Description Kitchener Executive Consultants Inc. has partnered with an entrepreneurial Canadian business to support their search in adding the talents of an accomplished Inventory Control Analyst to the business. The Inventory Control Analyst will be responsible for collaborating with Management to discuss concepts and deliver process improvements (without having to navigate the restrictions or “red tape” from corporate push backs) to enhance the organization’s inventory control; the Inventory Control Analyst will be a leader of change within the department.

Our ideal candidate is an accomplished Inventory Control Analyst, who is a consummate Champion of Change, tremendous team player, and a first-rate communicator. We are looking for someone who can bring their ideas to the table, contributing insights from prior experiences, and implement processes to improve inventory procedures and practices. The Inventory Control Analyst will be tasked with maintaining inventory integrity, assisting Leadership in the development of inventory processes, and coordinating with peers to support supply chain optimization. Our ideal candidate will be able to offer strong working knowledge of ERP and WMS platforms and implement inventory management software. In addition, we are searching for someone with the ability to utilize metrics to identify and analyze trends within the organization and possesses superb communication skills.
