Description Our client is a leading manufacturer and supplier of OEM industrial packaging equipment, searching for a Field Service Technician to join the organization in support of business growth. This OEM equipment is sold and serviced across North America with customers supported directly from the factory. As a key member of the service team, the Field Service Technician will apply their knowledge of machinery to learn and understand the equipment technologies and traditional service and wear & tear patterns. The Service Technician will use their mechanical skills to perform mechanical, pneumatic, hydraulic, and electrical service to equipment in the field, traveling to customer locations to perform in-field service work, installations, and training. Since frequent, in-field service is a requirement to this role, Candidates must be willing and able to travel throughout Canada and the USA.
