NDT Maintenance Lead

Description Our client is in the heavy manufacturing industry and has partnered up with KEC in their search to add the talents of an NDT Maintenance Lead to the organization.

Our Client's ideal candidate will have an Engineering background as well as 6+ years of experience leading a small team in a 24/7 unionized, heavy industrial environment. An NDT Level 1, 2 or 3 certification as well as previous experience with UT, EMI, and NDT in a fast pasted manufacturing environment will be critical for this hire. In addition, the ability to pivot on the fly to resolve urgent issues will be essential. We are searching for candidates with strong technical capabilities and leadership experiences as well as someone who is enthusiastic about coaching and developing their team with a focus on supporting production.
