Description Kitchener Executive Consultants Inc. has partnered with a small North American division of a European based parent company as they look to fill the newly created role of Quality Engineer within the business. With the NA group driving towards ISO certification with tremendous support from Europe, the Quality Engineer will take the lead in the development and implementation of the required procedures and documentation necessary for a successful certification.

Our ideal candidate is an accomplished Quality Assurance Engineer who has prior experiences developing and supporting Quality Assurance processes within ISO registered environments, ideally supporting a business either through a re-certification or a "green field" registration. You will have a natural affinity to understand the nuances of a small assembly operation of a highly engineered product, while applying the robust processes found within highly regulated manufacturing industries such as Automotive or Aerospace. You will display a hands-on approach to driving Quality Assurance with an ability to work cross functionally throughout the business. A self starter with the ability to establish strong internal relationships is required for success within our Client's open-door and collegial organization.
