Description Kitchener Executive Consultants Inc. has partnered with a successful and entrepreneurial designer and manufacturer of complex and custom factory automation in their efforts to add the talents of a Mechanical Engineering Manager to the business. As a critical contributor to the Senior Management Team, the Engineering Manager will be given full scope autonomy of all Mechanical Engineering activity within the organization. The Engineering Manager will lead the small team of Mechanical Designers, offering direction, coaching, and guidance, while ensuring the efficiency of the department in its production of all projects and drawings.

Our ideal candidate is an accomplished Engineering Leader who has honed their Engineering craft within the world of Factory Automation. You will offer the successes of developing "out of the box" solutions designed to satisfy unique customer challenges. You will display a natural leadership style built upon open communication and detail orientated foundation with the affinity to provide support while providing autonomy to your team. A P.Eng. with a Mechanical Engineering Degree is ideal for the successful candidate.
