Description We are searching for an experienced Operations Manager (for a contract in Missouri, USA) who can bring a track record of Change Leadership that is highlighted by Process Development, Continuous Improvement, decisiveness, and a strong sense of urgency to our Client's organization. This 24 x 7, continuous process manufacturer of food packaging products enjoys a dominant market share in North America due, in part, to its unfailing commitment to Quality and timely Customer Service.

Reporting directly to the Plant Manager, the Operations Manager will lead a team of Continental Shift Supervisors and a Maintenance Manager as an active member of the Senior Management team, supporting Production, Maintenance, Quality, Supply Chain, and Health and Safety. We are searching for a high energy, results-focused, "make-it-happen" shop floor leader who has performed Process, Structure, and Communication Improvements by actively engaging with all departments, providing support, decisiveness, and coaching.

Our ideal candidate has prospered in companies with non-unionized work forces, has developed outstanding one-to-one relationships that build trust, and can demonstrate the application of (and bottom line successes) Lean Manufacturing tools. Post-secondary credentials in Engineering will round out our ideal profile.
