Description We have partnered with a rapidly growing designer of integrated factory automation solutions to recruit and hire a Mechanical Engineering Team Leader at its division in Arizona. Its expertise in industrial applications ranging from electronics, life sciences, CPG, to automotive is evolving quickly with corporate global reach and access to AI and AR technologies. In support of dramatic growth, it will add the talents of an accomplished Mechanical Designer who can also lead and mentor small teams of less experienced Designers.

Our ideal candidate brings solid AutoCAD and SolidWorks experiences designing integrated machines, cells, and production lines performing intricate, precise operations to manufacture, assemble, and package products. Broad knowledge of pneumatics, hydraulics, strength of materials, pressure, force, and end-of-arm tools is required to perform Lead Designer responsibilities and provide guidance to less experienced Designers. In addition, outstanding verbal & written communications skills are required to effectively communicate externally with Customers and internally with Project Managers, Applications Engineers, Supply Chain, Production, and Test to support timelines and successful installation & commissioning.
