Description Our client, a manufacturing success story of complex equipment, located in Southwestern Ontario, is looking to add the talents of a Production Supervisor to the organization. The Production Supervisor will work directly on the plant floor to lead employees, ensuring performance to schedule, improving processes, and developing production methods. Essential to this role will be utilizing prior knowledge of machining and fabrication processes and then being able to imagine a future state of goal attainment and improvements and having the passion to carry it out.

In addition, our ideal candidate will be primarily responsible for working with Supply Chain and Operations to eliminate disruptions on the shop floor and maintain production while promoting a homogeneous working environment.
