Description This rapidly growing business in the prefabricated structure market is looking to add the talents of an experienced Quality Leader, with the ability to develop and deploy a comprehensive Quality Management System, to the organization. Our ideal Candidate is "at home" on construction sites, having developed processes and systems that record and analyze Quality at appropriate stages throughout a build process, ensuring traceability and compliance with Quality and Construction Industry standards. This role is actively involved in the identification and implementation of Continuous Improvement initiatives, and will ensure standards are upheld through auditing, procedure writing, corrective actions, and reporting. Outstanding communication and administrative skills are a must; this team-oriented role will be expected to develop cooperative relationships with Engineering, Production, Project Management, & Purchasing to build and deploy effective Quality processes, tools, and techniques.
