Description A shining star in its global markets, this Canadian company designs and manufactures sophisticated electronic control systems in its Eastern Ontario headquarters and production facility. Due to an early retirement and resulting structural reorganization, it will add the talents of a Manager of Manufacturing Test Development for PCBA testing & finished product functional verification to its team.

Leading a team of software developers, the Manager will build strong relationships with R&D and Manufacturing & Test Leadership, ensuring that the Test Development Team is out in front of NPI and constantly supporting in-line production test requirements. In addition, the Manager will guide the strategic plans for the design & implementation of automated & semi-automated test equipment and software.

Our ideal candidate brings solid experiences developing & deploying in-line test equipment and software in electronics manufacturing. As a result, our ideal candidate already has an in-depth understanding of electronic hardware and digital components such as CPUs, FPGAs, & flash memory, and comprehension of data acquisition systems and protocols such as TCP/IP, RS232, USB, and CAN. Naturally, the ideal candidate will demonstrate outstanding communications skills, project and human asset leadership, and a vision that straddles tactical and strategic objectives.
