Description Kitchener Executive Consultants Inc. has partnered with this small, but growing, manufacturer and distributor of industry leading Farm implement products in their search to add the talents of a Senior Accountant to the organization. As the sole Accountant within the division, you will be fully responsible for all preparation of month-end and year-end financial statements prior to the consolidation with Corporate. You will be deeply involved in the development of annual budgets and capex allocation, while managing cash flow, inventory analysis, and overhead allocation.

Our ideal candidate is an accomplished General Accountant who offers prior experiences within Manufacturing organizations, with a strong preference towards deep BOM and Engineered product environments. As a stand alone role, displaying a strong sense of both urgency and autonomy is critical. A collegial and supportive approach towards other silos of the business is an absolute must. A Post-Secondary in Accounting or Finance is a must, with a strong preference towards candidates who hold their CPA.
