Description Kitchener Executive Consultants Inc. has partnered with this expanding manufacturer in there efforts to hire an accomplished Plant Manager to run the Operations. As a Designer and Manufacturer of technology driven products sold into the North American Agricultural markets, the Plant Manager will be responsible for the full Operational P&L of the business. The Plant Manager will inherit a small, but strong tenured group to support the vision of improved efficiencies and more robust processes.

Our ideal candidate is a progressive Operations Leader with a strong history in the fabrication and assembly of deep BOM Engineered products. You will offer exceptional experiences driving Continuous Improvement initiatives, eliminating bottlenecks, and improving the operational efficiencies. In addition, you will display a progressive leadership style which naturally motivates and engages people and teams.
