Description This designer and manufacturer of complex equipment has built a global reputation for excellence that has rewarded it with significant growth. To support that growth, it will hire a Design Engineering Manager to lead the team of Junior, Intermediate and Senior Design Engineers and Technologists. The Manager will identify and assign priorities by projects ensuring that designs satisfy Project Management timelines.

Our ideal candidate has built his/her career designing complex mechanical equipment, honing broad knowledge of fabrications, hydraulics, pneumatics, and electronic controls. In addition to personal design talent, our ideal candidate is also fully qualified as a Design Engineering Manager and has developed the outstanding communication skills required to liaise effectively with Sales for technical confirmation of Customers' needs then with Project Managers, Purchasing and Production leadership to move finalized, Customer accepted designs into Manufacturing.
