Description Kitchener Executive Consultants has partnered with this iconic Canadian business in their search for a Regulatory Compliance & Environmental, Health & Safety Manager within their Manufacturing division. As a key member of the Plant Management Team, you’ll lead the Regulatory Compliance of the Environmental and Health & Safety legislation as they pertain to Product Development, Raw Material Inventory / Transportation, and Manufacturing of all products. As an OEM Manufacturer and Distributor of industry leading consumer products, this is an opportunity to drive EH&S within a collegial and supportive Corporate culture, a union free facility, and in a company whose brand and products are a household name. A large mandate of the role will be focusing on the Regulatory Compliance of the final products. Through Government entities and Regulatory bodies, you will stay up to date on the requirements around raw materials and packaging to ensure all active product formulations are 100% compliant.

Our ideal candidate is an experienced Regulatory Compliance Manager with exposure to Environmental, Health, and Safety who has fostered and grown their career within regulated manufacturing environments such as Paint or Coatings, Pharmaceutical, or Chemical Processing. You will have developed policies and procedures to ensure such compliance and be experienced at dealing directly with Government regulatory bodies. A communicative leadership style is a must to support the deeply tenured employee base and Management group. Post-secondary education in a relevant field will also be a requirement.
