Description Our client, a manufacturer and distributor of engineered products and solutions for warehousing, logistics, and distribution networks, requires an Engineering Manager to join the team to augment and manage their already well respected line of products. This position will be responsible for managing projects and the teams supporting them, in addition to creating and establishing improvements for both new and existing products. Leadership will be key to this role, requiring the Engineering Manager to coach and train staff from a confident, yet engaging approach, inspiring the team to reach further while improving the engineering processes that are relied on to deliver mechanically sound and safety-minded products in the shortest time possible.

Hands on support for the manufacturing floor, and into the field, will be a critical skill in connecting the necessary dots and developing that contributory workplace atmosphere, where all employees can volunteer solutions and achieve success.
