Description This well-established and successful auto parts manufacturer will add an experienced Program Manager to its team at head office. Working closely with the corporate Sales Team from the start of RFQ feasibility analysis and estimating, the Program Manager will coordinate & lead a cross-functional team to develop processes, tooling, quality fixtures, and materials procurement to navigate through APQP, FMEA, and PPAP processes to successful trials and SOP. Post-launch, the Program Manager will maintain "ownership" of their programs ensuring customer satisfaction and steering cost reductions and/or ECN's. Naturally, this role has direct customer relationships to nurture.

Our ideal candidate brings solid experiences as a Program Manager in a Tier 1 or 2 auto parts manufacturer. Any expertise in metal stamping, welding, and mechanical assembly will highlight candidacy. Outstanding attention to detail and excellent communications skills are critical selection criteria as this role must "juggle balls" on a daily basis, coordinating internally and externally. Engineering or Tool & Die Maker credentials augmented by a PMP designation are particularly attractive to our client.
